Returns for items bought from our online shop

You have 14 days to cancel your order with us, from the date of receiving the goods. You need to return your order in full and at your own cost, we suggest that you send your item by some form of recorded delivery and keep proof of posting. The product must be in a re-saleable condition, with all tags and labels attached. Please remember to inform us of the action you would like us to take by emailing us. If there is a fault with the item we will reimburse your return postage. 

Any items bought on our website that need to be exchanged, please return to us for a refund and place a new order on line.

Usually all refunds are completed within 3 days of receiving them. It may then take 3-5 working days for the funds to be credited into your account. During busy periods, please allow up to one week for your return to be processed.
