To redeem a valid voucher follow these easy steps.

1. Click on the book now button

2. Click the 3rd button down (Redeem a Voucher) 

3. Enter your voucher number, this must be entered at the start of the booking system. Don't worry about spaces or capitals

You can also copy and paste directly from your e-voucher. 

Multiple vouchers can be added one at a time. 

4. Now carry on with the booking, choose the activity you wish to do and add any tickets required. The calender will now show any available dates in green for you to select. 

Continue with the booking all the way to the end, you will then receive an email confirmation from us. 

P.s. Don't use your browsers back button when on the booking form, use the back button on the page itself ,as this can cause problems and make it appear fully booked the next time you look. 

If this does happen don't worry it will clear itself after 20 minutes for you to retry.
